Online Store Policies – Customized Uniform Polos

Thank you for choosing El CeroNueve Print. Each garment is custom-produced specifically for your order. Please read the following policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sales

All polos and customized apparel are made to order and personalized specifically for your organization.

All sales are final.

Because each garment is customized, we do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Size changes

  • Color changes

  • Order cancellations once the purchase has been submitted

Size Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size before placing an order.

A detailed official size chart is provided for each product to help you choose the appropriate size.

We strongly recommend comparing the measurements to a polo or shirt that fits you well before making your selection.

Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect size selection.

Customized Products

All garments are produced specifically for each customer and include custom embroidery and/or organization branding.

Because these products are personalized, they cannot be resold, and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Order Review

Before submitting your order, please verify that all information is correct, including:

  • Polo style

  • Color

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Any other requested information

Once your order has been placed, no modifications can be made.

Manufacturing Defects

Every garment is inspected prior to delivery.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by El CeroNueve Print, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs of the issue for review.

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost.

Production & Delivery

Production times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the official size chart.

  • You are responsible for selecting the correct size.

  • You understand that all garments are custom-made.

  • You understand that all sales are final.
