1. Custom-Made Products

All products sold through this online store are custom-made specifically for the organization, school, or business identified for this ordering event.

Each garment is produced after your order is submitted and is not considered a stock item.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at checkout will be honored for your order.

3. Product Images

Product images are intended for reference only.

Actual colors, embroidery placement, and garment appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, and embroidery production.

4. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

An official manufacturer size chart is provided for every product.

El CeroNueve Print is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

5. Order Accuracy

Please carefully review all order details before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged.

6. Final Sale Policy

Because all garments are customized, all purchases are considered Final Sale.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or size changes will be accepted unless the item contains a verified manufacturing defect or an error caused by El CeroNueve Print.

7. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or was produced incorrectly, you must notify El CeroNueve Print within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Photos of the product may be required for evaluation.

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will replace the affected item at no additional charge.

8. Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates only.

El CeroNueve Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain interruptions, or other events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

El CeroNueve Print shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.

10. Privacy

Customer information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing, production, customer communication, and delivery.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to process your order or as required by law.
