Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with El CeroNueve Print.

Because all of our garments are custom-made specifically for each customer and embroidered or printed for a particular organization, school, or business, we maintain the following refund policy.

No Refunds

All customized apparel is non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed, production begins specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Late requests to cancel an order after it has been submitted

  • Any personalized or custom-made products

Manufacturing Errors

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by El CeroNueve Print, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us evaluate the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue an appropriate refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Customized polos

  • Embroidered apparel

  • Printed apparel

  • Personalized garments

  • Special-order products

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted and entered into production.
